Mykola Murashko

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Myk is a Ukrainian-Luxembourgish designer. He trained as an architect at the University of Cambridge, with a research background in data analytics and building technology. He joined CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati in 2021, leading the in-house digital fabrication team as its Chief Technology Officer. In 2023, he co-founded Maestro Technologies with Carlo Ratti & Emanuele Rossetti, with the goal of making construction simpler, faster, and greener.

Carlo Ratti

Co-Founder & President of the Board

An architect and engineer by training, Professor Carlo Ratti teaches at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Politecnico di Milano. He is a founding partner of the architecture and innovation office CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati (Torino, New York, London) and the director of the Senseable City Lab. Carlo graduated from the Politecnico di Torino and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris and later completed his MPhil and PhD at the University of Cambridge. In 2023, he was named as the curator of the Venice Biennale Architettura 2025. He co-founded Maestro Technologies that same year.

Emanuele Rossetti

Co-Founder & Executive Advisor

Dr. Emanuele Rossetti is an Italian engineer, educated at the City of London Polytechnic University and Politecnico di Torino, where he took his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and subsequently taught Robotic Mechanics. A seasoned executive with experience in managing large public projects as part of the Torino Organizing Committee for the XX Winter Olympic Games, and high growth businesses as CEO of the Italian brach at global General Contractor Nussli, he is currently serving as CEO of CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati and Makr Shakr, a manufacturer of robotic bartending systems, and provides executive advisory services to Maestro Technologies.

Luca Bussolino

Head of Strategy & Business Development

Italian architect and engineer Luca Bussolino holds a double master’s degree from Politecnico di Milano and Politecnico di Torino, from which he graduated in September 2018. He joined CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati later that year, and in 2022 became Head of Strategy and Innovation. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Innovation Management from the Alta Scuola Politecnica in Milan, Italy. In June 2019, he completed his second humanitarian project in Cambodia, managing the process from needs evaluation to fundraising and building construction of a multi-family house in Sihanoukville. He supports Maestro Technologies in developing future projects and long-term strategy.

Sara Zamperion

Construction Manager

Sara Zamperion is an Italian construction manager and industrial designer. She graduated from the Politecnico di Torino with a thesis on Industrial Design and has worked across Europe in exhibitions and internal fit-outs. Having worked for several Italian and international interior design studios, Sara joins Maestro after completing a high-end residential fit-out project in London for Northacre Real Estate and the Balfour Betty Group. At Maestro, she is responsible for managing production and assembly of building components, ensuring that the built asset matches our quality & precision requirements. Sara loves to travel inside and outside of work and has lived and worked across Europe. 

Konstantin Loshkov

Process Engineer

Russian architectural engineer Konstantin Loshkov holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural technology from Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University and pursued his master’s degree in architectural engineering at Politecnico di Milano. His academic focus was on computational design tools, predictive models for evaluating energy performance, robots, and numerical methods for manufacturing. As a researcher at Politecnico di Milano, Konstantin worked on computer vision and mechatronics. Konstantin joined us in 2024 to develop the Maestro Technologies’ construction platform, focussing on process automation.

Kohei Nakajima

Junior Technical Designer

Originally from Saitama Prefecture, Japan, Kohei Nakajima joined us following his master’s degree in building architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, having completed his bachelor’s degree in architecture, design, and engineering at Yokohama National University in Japan. His master’s thesis focused on the Paris-Saclay innovation district, emphasizing the integration of scientific and academic environments through a typological approach and detailed construction methods. Kohei has worked in Toyko and Milan as an architect and model maker, and he is particularly interested in how we can bridge the gap between conceptual approaches and production technology. At Maestro, Kohei’s work is focused on the production phase, where he contributes detailed elements of construction design.

Eren Sezer

Junior Technical Designer

Eren Sezer is a Turkish architect and designer. Originally from Istanbul, he holds a master’s degree in Building Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano. His master’s thesis focused on the New European Library of Milano, incorporating automated cellular facades and organic interior design. He is particularly interested in innovative construction methods and advanced technological detailing. His design, the “Food Tower,” was shortlisted for SKYHIVE 2022, an international competition for skyscraper design, and he designed the Hungarian Pavilion for the 2023 Scout Jamboree in South Korea. Outside the office, Eren enjoys Latin dance and is an avid chess player. He joined the team in the autumn of 2023 and works as a technical designer.

Fillipo Zanotto

CFO

Filippo was born in Turin where he graduated in Industrial Engineering and Management in July 2015. He has been the CRA Group CFO since 2019, overseeing the financial activities for CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati, Makr Shakr, and since 2023, Maestro Technologies. While he was in school, he worked for sports and entertainment groups planning events and cultural activities, and he was operative within the BasicNet logistics department.

Jess Beaumont

Press Officer

Originally from London, Jess Beaumont is a writer and editor with a particular interest in the spatial environment and narrative form. She read English literature at the University of Cambridge before going on to take a master’s degree in contemporary literature, culture, and theory from King’s College London, graduating in January 2023, before starting a collaboration with CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati later that year. Her master’s dissertation examined the role of non-traditional narrative form in the Anthropocene, and she has published work in academic, journalistic, and commercial contexts. She joined Maestro Technologies in January 2024, where she manages communications and press inquiries.
